MAGDALENA TROFIN
MAGDALENA TROFINDIRECTOR / NUTRITIONIST / PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Director and founder of Club Rhythm, Magda strives on integrating scientific based movement with nutrition and mindfulness coaching for supporting lifestyle transformation. Magda holds a Diploma in Clinical Pilates and a Certificate IV in Pilates and Fitness. Magda is also a STOTT PILATES ® Certified Instructor and holds a Certificate in STOTT Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates. She has sports nutrition qualifications and a background in science, holding a degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School Of Management. Passionate about health and pain management, Magda’s whole-person approach to well-being helps her customers feel empowered to reach their full potential.
NICOLE MOORE
NICOLE MOOREPILATES INSTRUCTOR / COORDINATOR
Nicole has always had a strong interest in health and fitness and it plays a huge role in every aspect of her life. She has completed her Cert IV in Pilates with Breathe Education and also holds a Certificate in STOTT Pre and Postnatal Pilates. With a Diploma of Dance from Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance, Nicole is loves movement and continues to learn and develop further her skills in Pilates, Fitness and Movement science. She is now sharing her knowledge, beautiful smile and caring nature with the customers at Club Rhythm. If she is not delivering a fun and challenging training session, Nicole is coordinating the other instructors in the club or helping our customers to have the best experience possible in the club.
LEON ALPAREANU
LEON ALPAREANUPILATES INSTRUCTOR
Leon’s has discovered Pilates as a customer and ever since his interest in health and fitness has been growing steadily. His desire to learn more about the science of human movement lead Leon to complete a Certificate IV in Pilates with Breathe Education and a STOTT PILATES® Pilates Pre and Postnatal training. Leon is driven by the thought he may be able to improve other’s lives and is dedicated to continually learning and challenging himself. With a keen interest in well-being and sports, Leon is currently studying Physiotherapy and loves combining Pilates and strength & conditioning principles for a fun, full body workout. Don’t be deceived by his big and inviting smile, you will be challenged but you will also enjoy your workout.
ALICE NEWTON
ALICE NEWTONPILATES INSTRUCTOR
Alice enthusiasm for health and fitness is contagious. Balancing a busy life with two children, Alice holds movement as the key to maintaining a youthful zest and motivation to everyday life. Her love of Pilates lead her from a customer to an Instructor role, obtaining a Certificate in STOTT PILATES Reformer as well as a completing STOTT Pre and Postnatal Pilates training. With an educational background from the Finance Industry, holding a degree In a Bachelor of Commerce, she has changed her focus to the health and well-being industry. Alice strongly feels the day is never complete without a full mind & body workout that Pilates gives her. She loves to share her love for movement and bring her excitement and attitude to the experience of all customers in the club.
CLAYTON WEBBER
CLAYTON WEBBERPERSONAL TRAINER EXPERT & AUTHOR
Clayton is a fully qualified personal trainer and has been involved in and around the fitness world for close to 20 years. He is a published and expert author on EzineArticles.com where he writes fitness and diet related articles available online. Clayton’s main focus is to work with individuals helping them to find out what is their prefered form of training and then design a personalised training enjoyable and integral of one’s lifestyle.
ASHA LOVE MOORE
ASHA LOVE MOORECLUB RHYTHM 4 LEGGED AMBASSADOR
Our team and customers share a passion for movement but also for animals… many have furry friends in their families. Asha is the club’s 4 legged ambassador and her name is Indian with roots in the Sanskrit language meaning hope or desire, but it is also a Swahili name derived from Aisha, meaning life. You can see how she deserve her role and proudly embodies the club’s values. She is Nic’s fur baby and is full of L O V E (hence her middle name) happy and ready to share her unconditional love. Being still a puppy her physical effort is closely monitored and at the moment you can find her in the club doing her Pilates on Tuesdays only.
