MAGDALENA TROFIN
MAGDALENA TROFINDIRECTOR / NUTRITIONIST / PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Director and founder of Club Rhythm, Magda strives on integrating scientific based training with nutrition coaching for supporting lifestyle transformation. Magda is a STOTT PILATES ® Certified Instructor and holds a Diploma in Clinical Pilates and a Certificate IV in Pilates and Fitness. She has sports nutrition qualifications and a background in science, holding a degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School Of Management. Magda offers a range of holistic methods for fitness, pain management, nutrition consultation and coaching services to meet the needs of busy professionals.
NICOLE MOORE
NICOLE MOOREPILATES INSTRUCTOR
Nicole has always had a strong interest in health and fitness and it plays a huge role in every aspect of her life. After living in Melbourne for 2 years where she graduated with a Diploma of Dance from Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance she is back home in Adelaide. Here she has completed her Cert IV in Pilates with Breathe Education and she is now sharing her knowledge, beautiful smile and caring nature with the customers at Club Rhythm. She is excited about human movement and continues to learn and develop further her skills in both Pilates Reformer and Pilates Fusion sessions.
RENEE AUCIELO
RENEE AUCIELOPILATES INSTRUCTOR / COORDINATOR
Renee’s passion for health and fitness has grown from her career and training in dance. Following completion of a Performing Arts Certification in Sydney she danced professionally at the Sands Casino in Macau, China and for Carnival Cruise Lines. Her desire to learn more about human movement lead Renee to Club Rhythm and is now a Certified STOTT PILATES ® Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor. Renee loves combining Pilates and dance principles for a full body workout without bulk. She is also involved in the sessions and instructors coordination to achieve a uniquely welcoming and pleasant experience for all customers at Club Rhythm.
NICOLE CALABRESE
NICOLE CALABRESEMASSAGE THERAPIST
Nicole has a Diploma in Massage Therapy and a Bachelor of Dance Performance Degree from the Adelaide College of the Arts. As a dancer, Nicole was always in the midst of injuries and learned to appreciate the importance of releasing muscle tension through professional massage therapy. This lead her into studying and to becoming a Remedial Massage Therapist. Nicole works with both athletes, and everyday people. Some of Nicole’s massage skills include Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Positional Release. Nicole is always building on her skills and techniques and is very passionate about helping out her clients and seeing a result.

Clayton is a fully qualified personal trainer and has been involved in and around the fitness world for close to 20 years. He is a published and expert author on EzineArticles.com where he writes fitness and diet related articles available online. Clayton’s main focus is to work with individuals helping them to find out what is their prefered form of training and then design a personalised training enjoyable and integral of one’s lifestyle.
SARA ABEL SMITH
SARA ABEL SMITHNUTRITIONIST
Sara is a qualified nutritionist with a Health Science degree in Nutritional Medicine. She is a busy mother of three with a strong passion for helping people gain better health and vitality through nutrition. An avid believer in the connection between gut health and chronic disease, she is particularly interested in women’s health and specialises in digestive disorders, immune conditions, stress, anxiety, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances, weight loss and skin conditions. Her own experience with rheumatoid arthritis and digestive problems allows her to empathise with her clients and she aims to provide support and nutritional goals by providing individualised, realistic and simple strategies.
