Heat oven to 170°C.
Place a sauté pan over medium high heat. Once is hot, add the oil and immediately after add the onion, garlic, capsicum, and carrot. Sauté lightly until softened and let it cool.
In a big bowl mix the ground chicken & turkey, add the chia gel, eggs, salt & pepper. Add the sauté mixture, the chopped silver beet and the chopped dill.
Mix everything well and place in two oblong cake forms.Bake for 50min to 60min (the mixture will shrink slightly and the top will be golden-brown).
Enjoy one slice next to your preferred salad.
