Join us Wednesday 25th April from 9:00am to 10:30am and enjoy the newest addition to Club Rhythm mindful movement workouts. Inspired from ZEN•GA Merrithew’s program, this session will combine Pilates, Yoga, Strength & Conditioning modalities with a focused mind. You will strengthen your entire body and improve your endurance and flexibility of your spine. Promoting balance and stability, this workout will cultivate a greater sense of physical awareness that extends beyond the workout experience. Finish your experience with healthy bites and fresh tea!
