CLINICAL PILATES – GET BACK INTO ACTION AND STAY INJURY-FREE

Clinical Pilates is built on the same principles of Pilates that we’ve come to know and love in our Pilates Fusion and Pilates Reformer group sessions.

Clinical Pilates is slightly different as our accredited Clinical Pilates specialist establishes a personalised exercise program to address individual injury or rehabilitation concerns, and closely monitor your progress to ensure you can bounce back into action as soon as possible.

With a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics our Clinical Pilates specialists will establish an exercise program that addresses specific imbalances in your body or rehabilitation concerns.

  • Equipment used: STOTT V2Max Reformer, Stability Chair, Arc Barrel, Mat, Box & Small Props
  • Manage joints pain: ankle, knee, hip, back, shoulder, neck.
  • A personalised program, delivered in 30min or 45min.

Clinical Pilates is giving you more than a workout. Teaching you to move your joints in alignment you will minimises stress and strain felt by your body when it moves, and maximises the efficiency at which your body works to give you greater strength, speed and flexibility. You will be free of pain for good.

  • The reformer beds and chair allow exercises to be non-weight bearing, light resistance, heavy resistance or body weight assisted, and to be done in any different position. There’s no excuse now for not exercising!
  • Clinical Pilates is about making your body do what it does, but in a better manner. And if your body is working the way it should – strong, flexible and agile – then you reduce your risk of injury in both sport and everyday life.
  • Integrate a Clinical Pilates program into your fitness schedule and improve your performance and ability, as well as reduce your chance of becoming injured.
