THE CHALLENGE:

Starting from 1st October through to 31st October dedicate the next 31 days for a life-enhancing experience. It is all about movement. The challenge is to participate in as many Pilates sessions as possible in the club or exercise at home and MOVE as often as possible.

THE REWARD

There are prizes to be won for the participants with the biggest number of sessions!
