With a background in the corporate environment and 10 years as a Nutritionist and Clinical Pilates Teacher, Magda’s wellness programs are based on the latest scientific research and exercise trends as well as valuable feedback from participating new moms.

  • Improve your pelvic floor strength
  • Strengthen your abdominal muscles (targeting abdominal separation)
  • If you have recently gave birth please bring your doctor clearance.
