Unfortunately, humans haven’t evolved with the ability to hibernate so we need to accept and yes, why not … enjoy winter! If there’s ever a time when commitment to exercise is tested it’s on those winter days when it’s dark, cold and all too tempting to stay in bed.
Luckily, we have prepared ahead your workout plan for the next two months of winter and beyond to make winter cosy and rewarding. With the Coastrek challenge just around the corner (Friday 20th September) the plan is to bring together all elements of strength, power and endurance into each workout in the club. Having fun while focusing the mind and challenging the body is always a given at Club Rhythm.
